The best way to look healthier is to live more healthfully. Don’t run out and sign up for a gym membership if you won’t go, but do go for a run. Do yoga. Chase your children. Dance. Work up a sweat on the regular. A study done by McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, found that the skin of people over 40 who exercised often was comparable to the skin of people in their 20s.
