Habit 2: Meditation
Again, meditation will decrease stress and and the stress hormone cortisol. High levels of cortisol tell your body to produce more oil, which can lead to acne. Cortisol can also lead to premature signs of aging, including fine lines and wrinkles. So, taking just five minutes a day to focus on your breath and the present moment can mean big changes to both your skin and your life. Habit 3: Sleep
